For information - The first embroidered stamp (with perforation!) in the world issued by Austria’s postal service in July 2005 to commemorate the Vorarlberg embroidery industry.

It took 300 kg of yarn and 6 employees that worked exclusively for 30 weeks for the production of the 400,000 embroidered stamps . That would explain the EUR 3.75 price tag.
