Return / Refund
Collectyfy is an online market place for Sellers & Buyers and does not sell it’s own products.
Refund / Returns is a scheme directly provided by the respective seller(s) in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective seller(s) to the Buyer(s). All items listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
The sellers at Collectyfy accept returns incase the product is not as per the description. Buyer can return items in the original packaging within 15 days of the purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since the purchase, refund or an exchange may not be offered.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Seller will examine the item and notify Collectyfy via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether Buyer is entitled to a return or exchange. If Buyer is entitled to a return, he will get the refund of the purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer original method of payment.
Collectyfy only ask that the Buyer should not use the item(s) and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost while returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non refundable
Cancellation
An action to purchase once undertaken cannot be withdrawn. Purchases cannot be cancelled. By purchasing an item, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of the User Agreement or unlawful.
